Secure Online Orders:

Go to any catalog page.

When you see an item you want to buy, click the Add to Cart button. This will take you to a secure server ordering page, which shows you the contents of your cart and allows you to prepare your order or return for more shopping.

To prepare an order, click the Prepare Order button and enter the information requested. All information is transferred to a secure server, where only we can download your order file.

If the ordering buttons are not working, please email, or call in your order (see contact information below).

Ordering Information

TERMS:

We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, Paypal, Money Orders and Checks. Payment is expected immediately as most of our items are one of a kind. Money orders and checks should arrive within 5 days after order is placed. Charge card and Paypal purchases are shipped immediately. Money orders are shipped within 24 hours after it arrives. Check purchases must clear, delaying shipping up to 10 business days after it is received.

LAYAWAY:

We offer a 60 day Layaway Plan. 1/3 of the total price will hold any item for 60 days. Layaway deposits are not refundable. Layaway merchandise is nonreturnable.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Our normal shipment method is U.S. Postal Services & UPS Ground.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Our normal shipment method is via United States Postal Service, insured when possible. Import/duty taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

BREAKAGE:

In case of breakage, please save original shipping carton with damaged merchandise. We MUST be notified immediately upon receipt (SAME DAY). Instructions will be emailed to you at that time.

RETURNS:

Returns are available only if the item is pictured or described incorrectly. In the event a return is necessary please notify us immediately on the day that it arrives. When an item is returned it must be properly packaged and fully insured. When the item arrives in the same condition as it was originally shipped, a prompt refund will be issued. As mentioned above in the Lay-Away Section; lay-aways are not returnable.
